The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you''ll play a key role in the financial management of the business, preparing accurate management accounts, maintaining effective financial processes, and supporting the day-to-day finance operations across a diverse portfolio of brands. What You''ll Be Doing Preparing monthly management accounts across multiple group companies. Processing month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments and deferred income. Completing balance sheet reconciliations and investigating discrepancies. Completing bank reconciliations and supporting group cashflow forecasting. Preparing supplier payment runs and maintaining supplier records. Reconciling revenue from multiple booking and sales systems, and supporting stocktakes. Preparing VAT returns for review by the Financial Controller. Supporting annual audit preparation and liaising with external accountants and auditors. Building strong working relationships across the wider business and finance team. What We''re Looking For Essential: Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
