Due to a recent contract win, we are currently looking for a Lead Electrician to manager a small team of building maintenance engineers within a commercial building in central London The Lead Electrician will be responsible Daily walk arounds Allocating PPM and reactive tasks Liaising with the customer Managing and arranging sub contractors and internal staff visiting Carrying out electrical planned and reactive maintenance tasks Assisting the mechanical engineer with planned and reactive tasks Working through detailed reports of completed and up and coming works as well as assisting internal management staff with WIP management Must be electrical qualified with a minimum of 5 years commercial building maintenance experience, plus lead engineer experience too This is a growing business with room to grow and develop as the business grows For more details or to apply, please call Liam Hargate at Coyle Personnel
