We are seeking an experienced Telesales / Appointment Setter to join a dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in telephony sales, looking to contribute to a growing company by booking sales appointments for consultants in the fast-paced telecoms industry.Day-to-day of the role:Target decision-makers and senior executives of corporate clients to book sales appointments for our sales consultants.Maintain a professional phone manner throughout all interactions.Record all pertinent information accurately onto CRM system.Develop and nurture relationships with prospects on an ongoing basis, ensuring continuous engagement and interest.Utilize your expertise in the telecom sector to effectively communicate the benefits of our services and products.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven track record as a successful Telemarketing Executive.At least two years of experience in the telephony sector, either fixed line or mobiles.Experience working in a target-driven environment.Strong cold-calling and appointment setting skills in the B2B marketplace.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.Location: BrentfordHours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days office)Salary: Basic £25k + commission
