The successful candidate will play a vital role, overseeing day to day logistics operations across all air, sea and road shipments.. This role will involve the daily management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Payroll, and all Balance Sheet reconciliations. Being well-organised, self-motivated, punctual, and flexible is essential, as well as being a team player. Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team and ledgers.Provide working capital management and cashflow forecasts.Control weekly supplier and expense payment runs in line with the cashflow forecast.Administer credit control to ensure timely cash receipts in line with the cash forecast.Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments, and other accounting entries.Administer all month-end Balance Sheet reconciliations.Process payroll, including salaries and deductions, working in partnership with payroll provider.Maintain precise payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.Provide training and development to members of the finance team.Implement corporate governance procedures, risk management, and internal controls.Support the year-end audit process.Play an active role in delivering key Finance projects.Perform
