Your role is hands on - preparing and presenting accurate monthly management accounts with insightful board-level commentary. You''ll work with colleagues across all areas of the business and you''ll have the freedom and autonomy to use your communication and business partnering skills to gain valuable commercial awareness. The experience and exposure here is superb - it''s a collaborative SME amid a period of modernisation and transformation and the FD will equip you will all of the tools and experience for you to become FD down the line. You need to be someone diligent and conscientious with pride in your attention to detail. You also need excellent analytical skills - ability to use Excel to bring succinct insights and MI to the table.
