Your day will be filled with engaging interactions and the satisfaction of resolving customer inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Process Repair/Work Orders, including Loaner managementArrange returns and collections, and handle proof of delivery and pricing requestsManage incoming emails and calls with professionalism and careProactively communicate with both internal and external customersInvestigate and resolve invoice disputes effectivelyLog and follow up on issue resolutions, ensuring clear communication back to the customerTake responsibility for executing tasks while supporting colleagues across various complex areasCollaborate with your team to effectively organise and prioritise tasks within your specific areasWork cross-functionally on customer-specific
