Office Administrator

Due to increased workload, we require an Office Admin person. We are looking for an individual to join our admin team, in a busy, fast-paced, bespoke furniture manufacturer in Ballymena. The applicant will assist in providing administrative support to the Operations Manager, as well as the daily running of the office.Responsibilities
Admin support to Operations Manager plus all other team members when requested.Operating a procurement system to order, process, monitor and track purchases.Admin duties such as typing up quotations, answering phones and filing.Dealing with and responding to emails.Dealing with suppliers, contractors, architects both on the phone, via email and in person.Dealing with delivery dockets; marking off system, chasing shortages and filing.Maintaining filing systems within the office.Any other admin duties which may arise.Skills and Qualifications
Understanding of IT systems such as Office 365.Experience in not essential as full training will be provided.Experience of MS Excel and MS Outlook.Further Information
