Job Description We are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Manager to join our Technology team, reporting to the Supply Chain and Merchandising Portfolio Manager. This role is responsible for delivering projects within the Supply Chain and Merchandising Technology function across Europe, with a particular focus on transportation management modernisation initiatives in the Swedish market.It is essential that you speak Fluent Swedish and English for this position.This role is offering hybrid working with 3 days per week in the Hemel Hempstead, or Ashford, Kent office, and as such a good degree of self-motivation and flexibility is required.Working closely with multiple business and technology workstreams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully, meeting agreed timelines, budgets and business objectives. The position requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with responsibility for engaging with a broad range of internal teams, third-party vendors and senior stakeholders across the organisation.As a fluent English and Swedish speaker, you will collaborate closely with local Swedish resources, including Sysco colleagues and external partners, to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of project requirements.
