BTG Recruitment is partnering with a successful, high-volume manufacturing business in Burton-on-Trent to recruit a hands-on Management Accountant. Part of a major international group, the company offers the scale and complexity of a corporate environment while allowing you to make a visible difference at site level. This is much more than a month-end reporting role. You will work closely with operations and department heads, helping them understand their costs, challenging performance and ensuring there are no surprises in the numbers. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will also support product-costing activity, contribute to operational meetings and deputise on selected projects.
