About the roleThe Legal Systems and Project Coordinator will take full responsibility for the firm''s Practice Management System and related applications.Key responsibilities include: Managing and administering the Practice Management SystemSupporting staff with day-to-day system queriesLiaising with outsourced IT and PMS providersOverseeing upgrades, testing and system improvementsDriving system adoption and best practiceSupporting workflow development and reportingCoordinating projects such as upgrades, software rollouts and security initiativesAssisting with training for new and existing staff This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility when projects allow.
