About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team at a school in East Grinstead, starting after Easter. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to studentsandrsquo; learning and development while working in a vibrant school environment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons.

  andzwj; Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.

• 
  

  Support students with a range of learning needs and promote inclusive education.

• 
  

  Help manage student behavior and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.

• 
  

  Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to foster a collaborative learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• 
  

  ££ Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.

• 
  

  A genuine passion for supporting studentsandrsquo; educational and personal development.

• 
  

  Strong communication skills, both with students and staff.

• 
  

  £ A current DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
