This is an excellent opportunity for a building surveying professional to work across a diverse range of building and infrastructure projects, supporting the assessment, maintenance, improvement, and development of properties and facilities. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions within demanding and highly regulated environments, the business works closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure buildings remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. The successful candidate will play an important role in undertaking building surveys, identifying defects, advising on remedial works, and supporting the delivery of projects throughout the property lifecycle. Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position, your duties may include but are not limited to: Carrying out building surveys, inspections, and condition assessments across a range of properties and facilities. Identifying building defects, structural concerns, maintenance requirements, and areas requiring remedial work. Preparing detailed survey reports, technical recommendations, and documentation outlining findings and proposed solutions.
