The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative and client support to Office Managers and Financial Planners, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and professional service is delivered at all times. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent client experience by supporting advisers with reviews, new business processing, valuations, and ongoing client servicing. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a good understanding of financial services processes, particularly within investments, pensions, and protection.
