A well-established, growing organisation is seeking a Head of Financial Reporting to join its finance leadership team in Derby. This is a replacement role, reporting directly to the Finance Director, offering a blend of technical financial reporting responsibility and people leadership within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The Role As Head of Financial Reporting, you will take ownership of all internal and external financial reporting, lead the statutory accounts and audit process, and oversee debt compliance activities. You will manage a capable financial accounts team while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
