Combining recruitment, staff development, care coordination and quality assurance, this varied role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions and traumatic injuries.Working closely with Neurological Case Managers, you will help recruit, develop and retain dedicated support teams, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered.Key Responsibilities Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of support workers.Conduct interviews, references, DBS checks and compliance processes.Deliver inductions and coordinate training requirements.Support the completion of care plans, risk assessments and client documentation.Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals and competency checks.Liaise with clients, families, support workers, HR and Case Managers.Monitor records, payroll information and staffing compliance.Support the retention and ongoing development of care teams.
