Here we provide quality care and support to people with mental health needs. No two days will be the same at this service as we support our service users to follow their passions, enhance their confidence and coping abilities along side fun activities. Your role will include: Providing person centred care, administering medication and lone workingEncouraging service users to engage in a range of exciting social activities both within and outside their homes.Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest. To promote the service user''s self esteem and enable them to express their preferences and make choices and decisions.To support service users who have needs relating to alcohol and use of non-prescribed drugs through appropriate advice, support and signposting. No previous care experience is needed, just a passion for providing person-centred care and support and working in a bright, friendly environment!
