Electrical Supervisor / Engineer Major City Centre Commercial Project (Birmingham) Contract: 24 months The Opportunity A leading UK construction and engineering contractor is delivering a large, high-profile commercial refurbishment in Birmingham city centre and is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Engineer to join the site team. The business operates nationally and is known for delivering complex, high-quality commercial and mixed-use projects. This is a long-term contract role offering continuity on a major scheme with a structured programme and experienced delivery team. The Role The Electrical Supervisor / Engineer will be responsible for overseeing electrical services installation on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification and in line with the programme. Key responsibilities include: Supervising electrical installation works and managing specialist subcontractors Coordinating electrical activities with other disciplines and trades Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical submissions Managing inspections, testing and commissioning activities Supporting short-term planning, progress reporting and issue resolution Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations and project requirements About You Proven experience supervising or engineering electrical services on large commercial projects Strong understanding of building services electrical systems Experience working on complex refurbishment or city-centre
