About the role As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted regulations. You will: Provide inspirational leadership to a dedicated care team Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted and regulatory standards, including Children s Home (England) Regulations 2015 and the Children Act 1989 and 2004. Promote a positive, therapeutic environment focused on individual outcomes Oversee care planning, risk management, and safeguarding practices Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance Work closely with placing authorities, families, and external professionals Maintain accurate records, policies, and quality assurance systems What are we looking for? We are looking for someone who: Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Chil
