Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join the on-site engineering team in Bolton. This is a static site role, offering the opportunity to work within a well-established facilities management team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of electrical systems throughout the shopping centre and associated facilities. Working Hours Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment. Respond to electrical breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests. Fault-find, diagnose, and repair electrical systems. Undertake minor electrical installation works as required. Complete routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with statutory regulations and health and safety requirements. Accurately complete maintenance records and job reports using the CAFM system. Liaise with centre management, retailers, contractors, and fellow engineering team members. Support wider building maintenance activities when required. Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
