Mixing and Preparation Scaling and weighing ingredients accurately according to recipes. Operating commercial Hobart Mixers and monitoring dough/batter consistency. Ensuring the production line is consistently fed to maintain output targets. 2. Finishing and Decorating Operating Mono Depositors for precise product portioning. Applying high-level manual hand skills for intricate decorating, piping, and finishing touches. Maintaining an eye for detail to ensure every product looks artisanal and premium. 3. Packing and Machinery Operation Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting Flow Wrap machines. Ensuring all products are securely packaged, labelled, and quality-checked.
