Accounts Administrator / Sales Ledger / Accounts Assistant - this £10m international agency in the Media, Online, Publishing and Fashion is seeking an Account Administrator / Accounts Assistant to work closely with the Financial Controller. Based 5 days in the heart of London''s West End, this Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant role will support the Financial Controller and include: Raising sales invoices in GBP, EUR and USD Liaising with customers regarding sales invoice queries Analysis of agents'' rechargeable expenses Occasional credit control, chasing customers by email Administration of bank accounts and online payment runs Overall sales ledger / accounts receivable responsibilities This is an excellent role for an experienced candidate with accounts / administration skills and strong Excel capability.
