Secondary Cover Supervisor - Wellingborough

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school''s policies

• Support students in their learning and ensure a positive classroom environment

• Supervise pupils across a range of subjects

• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil participation and engagement

• Previous experience working with young people (schools, coaching, mentoring, etc.)

• Confident, professional, and calm under pressure

• Flexible and able to adapt to different subjects and year groups

• A genuine interest in education and supporting student development
