They''re looking for a Slitter Operator to join their Finishing department but importantly, they''re open to candidates from any hands-on or manufacturing background, not just experienced slitters.

You''ll be trained to operate specialist machinery within the finishing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up machines and preparing jobs to specifications
• Carrying out safe and efficient changeovers
• Monitoring quality and producing test samples
• Completing production paperwork accurately
• Supporting the wider team and learning additional skills (including FLT)
• Contributing to site performance and continuous improvement

This role operates on a continental shift pattern, offering excellent time off:

• 2 x Day Shifts: 06:25 - 18:30
• 2 x Night Shifts: 18:25 - 06:30
• Followed by 5 consecutive days off

Average: 36.25 hours per week

• Starting salary: -26,000+
• After probation: -27,500+
