We are partnered with a prestigious 5 star hotel in the Scottish Highlands who seek an experienced Restaurant Manager.andnbsp; You will be someone who has worked to a 3-4AA Rosette or Michelin standard in a fine dining hotel restaurant and 5 star luxury hotel and understands what is required for this type of service.andnbsp; You will have the highest of standards and instil this in your team.andnbsp; You will be a Restaurant Manager who can train and develop a team.andnbsp; You will also be a Duty Manager for the hotel.

As Restaurant Manager you will have excellent knowledge of food and drink, including wine and whisky.andnbsp; You will liaise with the kitchen and other parts of the hotel to ensure a flawless experience.

This role is in a remote part of the Scottish Highlands and so you must be someone who will enjoy this way of life.andnbsp; We seek a Restaurant Manager who will be in the role for a few years and who can grow with the company, therefore this will be a lifestyle choice as well as a career.andnbsp; I cannot stress that enough as longevity is very important.
