The project is expected to commence in early 2027 and will run for approximately two years.This is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate to senior-level Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of a high-profile residential scheme from inception through to completion.Key Responsibilities Managing all commercial aspects of the project from pre-construction through to final account.Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.Preparation, submission and negotiation of valuations and applications for payment.Cost planning, forecasting and budget management.Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor accounts.Assessing variations and managing change control procedures.Producing accurate cost reports and financial updates for senior management.Supporting the project team to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.Managing cash flow and ..... full job details .....
