A small independent company in the North-West is looking to welcome an Architectural Technician to their team on a contract basis. This role will be almost 100% remote-based, with occasional visits to site in Greater Manchester & Lancashire.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Architectural Technology, with a proven record of delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, as is a thorough understanding of building regulations and construction methods. The role demands excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Typical project work will fall within various sectors including: Small/medium-scale Residential, Leisure, Commercial and light-Industrial. Ideally we would like candidates to demonstrate a mixture of experience in their portfolio.

The successful candidate will be offered the chance to work remotely, but occasional meet-ups with the Director will be required alongside site-visits. Therefore it is necessary to have access to a car.
