You will engage with stakeholders in a sensitive and professional manner, ensuring a trauma-informed and person-centred approach at all times.Key duties will include:Managing incoming enquiries from service users and stakeholders.Providing information, advice and guidance, referring individuals to appropriate specialist and general support services where required.Maintaining accurate records using a case management system or similar database.Ensuring all personal and sensitive information is handled in accordance with data protection requirements.Collating, analysing and preparing information to support senior colleagues in delivering key organisational objectives.Undertaking research and information gathering to support policy development activities.Monitoring enquiries and engagement activity and producing statistical reports.Assisting with the ..... full job details .....
