Think FE is recruiting a Student Records and Data Lead for a further education college in Gloucestershire. This role combines people management, accurate data and process improvement, supporting the team responsible for student records, timetables and enrolment. You ll join an established student data team in Gloucester, close to Gloucester Quays, and deputise for the Student Data Manager when required. The role Supervise, mentor and support data administrators, managing performance and developing their skills. Coordinate enrolment activity and train staff involved in the enrolment process. Keep student records accurate and up to date, supporting Individualised Learner Record (ILR) deadlines and resolving data queries. Work with curriculum teams to resolve issues relating to timetables, attendance and student records. Review data quality reports, coordinate audit evidence and support compliance with funding requirements. Improve administrative processes and support colleagues using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline work. Provide guidance on systems and procedures, working closely with Exams, Student Services and Finance.
