They support children with settling into the nursery by helping them feel safe and secure, whilst being attentive to their needs. The settings help children to develop a love of books and reading, supporting them with their communication and language development as well as supporting their independence.TeacherActive are looking to take on a Level 3 Early Years Practitioners for both short-term and long-term roles, leading to a permanent role for the right nursery practitioner. The successful Early Years Practitioner will have previous experience working within an early years setting, as well as a good knowledge of how young children learn and develop. You will work within a team to give children new opportunities to learn and develop whilst supporting their growth. The successful Early Years Practitioners will be expected to be flexible to the needs of each nursery they work in.The successful Early Years Practitioner will have: A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalentPrevious experience working with young children
