The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, passionate SEND Provision Teacher who has a strong track record in special school settings or equivalent specialist SEND roles. The successful candidate will lead and develop high-quality SEND provision, ensuring that the individual needs of pupils are met effectively and consistently. This role is ideal for a teacher who: Has significant experience working with children with a range of SEND, including specialist needs and profiles. Can plan, deliver and evaluate targeted SEND interventions that accelerate pupil progress. Is confident in leading and managing teams of Teaching Assistants and support staff, ensuring high-quality provision across the school. Has a strong understanding of the special educational interventions and modified learning that supports SEND learners. Is committed to building positive relationships with pupils, families, and multi-agency partners. Key Responsibilities Lead the des
