Your duties will include carrying out regular site inspections, identifying and reporting repairs, and supporting capital investment and demolition programmes. You will advertise garages, screen applications, arrange viewings, and manage waiting lists.This is a hands-on role that involves completing minor repairs, clearing and safely disposing of items left in vacant garages, and helping to deter anti-social behaviour by engaging professionally with residents, licence holders, and stakeholders.
