We re supporting an Ofsted-rated Outstanding day nursery in Earlswood, Redhill (as of March 2023), in their search for both qualified Level 2 and Level 3 practitioners to join their passionate and professional team. What s on Offer: Full-time roles: 42 hours across 4 days, offering a great work-life balance Shifts are either 7:30am 6:00pm or 8:00am 6:30pm Part-time options also available A supportive, welcoming team in a highly regarded nursery environment What You ll Be Doing: Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS Planning and delivering stimulating, age-appropriate activities Creating a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment for children aged 0 5 Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Supporting children s individual learning and development needs What We re Looking For: A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) Experience working in a nursery or early years setting A team player with a genuine passion for childcare Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude If you re ready to make a meaningful impact in a setting where your work is truly valued, we d love to hear from you.
