The role will involve:Supporting fee earners to ensure the smooth running of their caseloads of privately funded family law matters including divorce, property and finance and children matters, including high net worth casesTaking instructions from clients and working closely with fee earners to progress matters forward Drafting legal documents and applications relating to divorce, financial remedy, and Children Act mattersPreparing court bundles in readiness for hearingsSubmitting/progressing applications on the court portal for divorce, financial remedy, and Children Act mattersLiaising with clients by phone, email and face to face, ensuring they are kept fully updated Suitable candidates will have:A law degree (essential) A minimum of 12 months experience supporting a family law teamExperience of using a case management systemExperience of using the court portal for divorce applicationsExperience of preparing bundles for court within family lawA desire to progress your career within family law, to eventually qualify as a solicitorThis is a full-time permanent job, working on-site, Monday to Friday.
