Location: London, Glasgow or Cardiff Job Spec: Strategic Vision and Leadership - Possesses a clear strategic vision for how Salesforce aligns with an organisations broader business goals. This includes: Defining the CRM roadmap Prioritising initiatives based on ROI Leading cross-functional collaboration Salesforce Expertise - Extensive hands-on functional and technical experience with Salesforce products and architecture, including: Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Integration Configuration and development Platform scalability and governance CoE Leadership andamp; Strategic Alignment - Clear ability to define and evolve a Salesforce CoE including: Experience in managing a Salesforce CoE including recruitment, operating model design/implementation, and governance. Experience Skilled in long-term planning and roadmap development for Salesforce capabilities. Experience of managing all aspects of a CoE including Administrators, developers, DevOps, Release management, integration and architects. Ideally they would like you to attend the office 1 day per week.
