The role As an HR Business Partner/ HR Advisor, you will work closely with the business to deliver a pragmatic, accurate, and comprehensive HR service. You will be a trusted advisor to managers, supporting them across the full spectrum of employee relations and organisational change. Key responsibilities include: - Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management - Supporting organisational change projects, including TUPE and restructures - Building strong relationships with managers, employees, and Trade Unions - Providing expert guidance in line with UK employment legislation and HR best practice This role offers some agile (home) working; however, you will be required to work from our Knowsley offi
