An established and highly organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join its high-performing team. This is a key technical role providing full support to Consultants, delivering high-quality client outcomes with precision and professionalism. The Role You will: Produce clear, compliant and technically robust suitability reports Analyse client objectives, existing plans and risk profiles Conduct whole-of-market research across pensions, investments and protection Perform complex technical calculations and support cashflow modelling Provide high-level technical support to Consultants Ensure regulatory, compliance and quality standards are consistently met Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation At senior level, you will also: Quality check and support the development of other Paraplanners Mentor Trainee Paraplanners Assist with complex cases and technical calculations Contribute to business improvement initiatives Support client meetings where required, including presenting cashflow analysis About You Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum) Experience within an IFA / Financial Planning environment Strong suitability report writing experience Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection Cashflow modelling experience Familiar with research tools such as FE Analytics / Iress Strong regulatory awareness and attention
