We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a programme of internal and external refurbishment works across 11 Service Family Accommodation (SFA) properties at RAF Coningsby. This is an excellent long-term contract opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong refurbishment background, ideally gained within MOD/Defence or social housing refurbishment environments. Previous experience working on MOD projects would be particularly advantageous. The RoleAs Site Manager, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the delivery of the refurbishment programme, coordinating subcontractors and trades and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
