This is a varied role with plenty of autonomy, supporting both our project management and engineering teams to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse, production and service operations.No two days are the same. You''ll be involved in stock control, logistics, customer support, equipment preparation, environmental initiatives, and providing operational support to engineers both on-site and in-house.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, book in and prepare equipment arriving into the warehouseSupport engineers with equipment refurbishment and installation projectsArrange deliveries, collections and logistics with suppliers and couriersOrder parts, equipment and services to support business operationsProcess manufacturer warranty claims and monitor progressAssist with customer service activities, including logging service calls and allocating engineers when requiredManage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory recordsProduce reports on stock movements, assets and environmental activitiesSupport recycling initiatives, including equipment dismantling and component recoveryEnsure warehouse areas remain safe, organised and compliant with health and safety standardsAssist with year-end stock and environmental auditsDeliver urgent consumables and equipment to customers when requiredContribute ideas to improve processes and ..... full job details .....
