Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Lewisham Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 12 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Telecare Installer this role will be: SE137AF The right candidate will: You will have experience of customer service to vulnerable people and have an aptitude for technology. You will be working to a schedule of daily visits within the Lewisham borough to remove the existing analogue telecare device and installing and testing a new digital smart device. You will have patience, empathy and an ability to explain the service to the customer. You will have the ability to learn quickly and have a basic understanding of the telecare service.
