About the Role: In this role, you will help ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building services systems as part of the MSD maintenance contract. Key responsibilities include: Undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and small-scale project works in line with SLAs. Responding swiftly to breakdowns and maintenance requests. Diagnosing faults and completing repairs at first attempt where possible, escalating complex issues when necessary. Monitoring plant and system performance and communicating any required downtime to relevant stakeholders. Ordering and checking spare parts or suitable replacements to ensure compliance with standards. Carrying out risk assessments before starting tasks and raising any safety concerns promptly.
