Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Service Engineer to cover the South West / Bristol region. The Role As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: Servicing, fault-finding, and maintaining enterprise-level electronic security systems Working across commercial, corporate, and large-scale sites Responding to service calls and planned maintenance Providing a high level of customer support and technical expertise Working independently while being supported by a strong technical and management team Systems and Technologies (experience in some or all) Enterprise Access Control systems (Lenel, CCURE, Gallagher, Genetec, etc.) CCTV / IP CCTV systems Intruder alarms Integrated security platforms Networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs desirable) About You Proven experience as a Security Systems Service Engineer Background in enterprise or large-scale commercial security systems Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
