We are looking for a motivated and inspiring Service Manager to lead our Housing First Service in Hackney. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a highly regarded service that supports people with histories of rough sleeping and multiple disadvantages to secure and sustain their own homes. Based at our Lansdowne Drive scheme, you will provide leadership and support to a team of three Housing First Workers, overseeing a service that supports up to 18 clients. Working within the principles of Housing First, you will ensure people receive flexible, person-centred support that enables them to achieve their goals and live independently. You will: Lead, motivate and develop a team of Housing First Workers, creating a positive and high-performing service culture.
