Data Entry Administrator

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time

We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business based in West Bromwich. This is a temporary, ongoing opportunity suited to someone who is organised, reliable and confident working with data and administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain data across internal systems
• Process and update records and documentation
• Complete general administrative tasks to support the wider team
• Check information for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain organised and up-to-date records
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure information is accurate
• Assist with reports, spreadsheets and other administrative requirements
• Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

About You

• Previous data entry or administration experience is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional and proactive approach
• Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
