You will support pupils who need targeted help to catch up, practise key skills, and build confidence, while learning the routines and expectations of a well-run primary school.The RoleYou will deliver 1:1 and small group interventions in either KS1 or KS2, matched to pupil need.You will support core learning in phonics, reading, writing, and maths through short, focused sessions.You will pre-teach key vocabulary and concepts so pupils can access lessons more confidently.You will scaffold tasks using clear steps, modelling, and prompts that build independence.You will support pupils with attention, confidence, or learning gaps to stay engaged during lessons.You will record progress and share clear feedback with the class teacher and, where needed, the SENCO.You will follow safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times and report concerns immediately.The CandidateYou will have a 2:2 degree or above in any subject (Education, Psychology, English, Maths or Chil
