This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on cosmetic surgery.Theatre Practitioner/ODP Key ResponsibilitiesOperating Theatre Preparation: Ensure the operating theatre is fully sterilized and prepared for procedures.Equipment Preparation: Prepare and organize necessary equipment for surgeries.Sterilization: Sterilize materials, gloves, and gowns.Inventory Counts: Perform initial counts of sponges, instruments, and needles.Team Coordination: Liaise with other nurse teams throughout the surgical process.Post-Surgery Care: Assist with dressing wounds and preparing the patient for the recovery room.Surgical Assistance: Assist the surgeon throughout the procedure with various tasks.Theatre Practitioner/ODP RequirementsQualifications: Formal nursing qualifications are required.Experience: Must have experience with WHO checklists, team briefings, and strong communication skills.Flexibility: Must live locally and be flexible to cover shifts as per the rota.
