In this role you will: Lead and oversee the operational delivery of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) London Accommodation Commissioned Rehabilitative Service (CRS), providing accommodation support, information, advice, and guidance across 10 London estate prisons and 8 Probation Delivery Units (PDUs). Manage and support a large, geographically dispersed team, including direct line management of 4 Team Leaders and overall oversight of Administrators and Housing Advisors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and achievement of contract targets. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including the Ministry of Justice, probation services, prison staff, commissioners, local authorities and partner agencies to deliver joined up and effective resettlement support.
