Morgan McKinley is looking for an immediately available Accounts Assistant to work for a well established business based in the Horsham, West Sussex area. This is a temp Accounts Assistant job role to start ASAP and will be processing accounts payable invoices, reconciliations, supplier payment runs, handling invoice queries etc. The role is starting temp with a view to going permanent. Location: Horsham, West Sussex, parking onsite Temp pay rate: £15 per hour + holiday pay Hours: 8am - 4.30pm Accounts Assistant duties: Matching and coding of purchase ledger invoices Payment runs Processing supplier invoices and statements Reconciliations Supporting with credit control Skills and experience: Proven experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant - Finance Assistant type role Excellent communication and IT skills Flexible and proactive approach Ideally be AAT qualified
