This is a hands-on engineering role covering planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault finding, electrical repairs, small works and general building services support across a busy retail environment. About the role As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will help keep the site safe, compliant and running smoothly by maintaining electrical, mechanical and building services systems. You will complete PPMs, respond to breakdowns, carry out fault finding and support minor installation works. This role would suit an electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Facilities Engineer or Multi Skilled Engineer with experience in commercial buildings, retail, facilities management or similar environments.What you''ll be doing Diagnose faults, complete repairs and respond to site engineering emergencies.Maintain and repair electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting, fire alarm interfaces and BMS-related equipment where required.Support minor installation works, small projects and site improvement activity.Work with ..... full job details .....
