Our client are a well established multi-branch Estate Agency and are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Lettings team in their Brentwood office. Being offered with high commission earnings, this is an opportunity not to be missed! As a Senior Lettings Negotiator: Deal with all Letting enquiries by telephone, email and face to face Matching tenants to the right properties and providing relevant information Organising and carry out property viewings Liaising with tenants to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals where applicable Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants whilst delivering exceptional customer service Carrying out market appraisals for future Lets and converting to listings Promote properties by social media and advertising platforms Keep up to date with current legislation Any ad-hoc duties that may arise Senior Lettings Negotiator Skills needed: Previous Lettings Negotiator experience is essential Proven track record of successfully negotiating deals Excellent communication and customer service skills Organisational and multitasking skills Strong team player and ability to work under pressure Smart and professional appearance Driven and ..... full job details .....
