Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver expert legal advice on contracts, procurement law, Subsidy Control, governance, and related commercial matters.Manage a mixed caseload of complex and routine contract and procurement matters.Draft, review and negotiate contracts, contract engrossments, and legal implications for governance reports. What We''re Looking ForQualified Solicitor entitled to practise in England and Wales.Strong, demonstrable experience advising on public contracts under the Procurement Act 2023, Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and Concession Contracts Regulations 2016.Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
